My transformation leadership experience include mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, cultural and business transformations, enterprise restructuring and ERP implementations (including SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Great Plains, Siebel, JD Edwards and Lawson) across systems, modules and process streams.
As a senior leader, my experience in designing and implementing business transformation management and post-merger integration programs tailored to individual client capabilities, program and cultural needs. It allows for partnering across all levels of your business, from executive to line worker.
